NetVU was formed in 1978 as the ARCom Users Group when a small group of agents joined together for the purpose of education. Thirty years later, our focus remains constant—“sharing automation knowledge and advancing the industry.” Together, we’ve made an impact. Together, we’ll continue to make the industry stronger.

The group attracts a full range of participants—from agency owners to information technology professionals and department heads, to systems administrators and customer service professionals. Agencies range in size from small to large, but each brings a special energy.
