May I attend any classes?
Although we make every effort to accommodate everyone's
first choice of session, your place is not guaranteed. Be sure to arrive
early to ensure you receive a seat. Once the room is full, no further
attendees will be admitted. We recommend you come prepared with a
second choice for all sessions. Should you find yourself in a session that isn’t
what you expected, please feel free to choose another session. If you choose to
leave an active session, do so with as little disruption as possible.
I feel somewhat intimidated attending conference for the first time. Do you have any suggestions?
The first time you attend the NetVU Conference, it may be a little overwhelming. To assist you in understanding all the activities and to meet and make new friends, PLEASE attend the First-Time Attendee Jump-Start, Thursday, April 26 at 1:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Check your program for the location.
Can I purchase additional Grand Finale Celebration tickets?
Additional Grand Finale Celebration tickets may be purchased separately for $49. Look for this line item when you register online.
What if I want to attend the first day, and I want my CSR to attend the second day of classes. How would I register?
One-day passes may be purchased separately for $440. Look for this line item when you register online.
What time should I plan my arrival?
Arrive Thursday morning, April 26 - Registration and Exhibit Area will open at 10:00 a.m. What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations received in writing before 2/1/12 will be fully refunded. Those received in writing on or after 2/1/12 will be refunded 50% to cover advanced costs, etc. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 3/15/12.
Can I get more than one registration discount?
Discounts offered in marketing promotions are for new registrations only as of the date of distribution and are Non-Transferrable. No refund will be made for a previously purchased registration. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.
Are there any Disneyland Discounted Tickets?
Advance purchase of specially-priced Disneyland® Resort Tickets can be purchased here. Tickets are valid from Saturday, April 21, 2012 to Friday, May 4, 2012. Ticket store closes and tickets will no longer be available for purchase after 8:00 p.m. Central on Thursday, April 26, 2012.
