• Easy-to-build rules to create your own post digest in your personal e-mail client

If you’re looking for a way to create a digest of your discussions, you can do it right in Microsoft Outlook or Notes. All you have to do is set up a rule that directs all NetVU Community e-mails to drop into a specific folder. Below are the basic steps for setting up that rule. In Outlook go to:

• Tools > Rules and Alerts > New Rules
• Make sure to use community@netvu.org as the e-mail address
• From there you can customize the setup any way you want

You can set up different folders for specific Forums or use a general community folder. Try different approaches until you find one that works best for you!
