NetVU Announces Virtual Accelerate for 2021

IRVING, Texas (April 5, 2021) – IRVING, Texas (May 29, 2020) -- Today NetVU, the Network of Vertafore Users, and Vertafore announced that registration is open for the independent insurance channel’s most highly anticipated annual conference, Accelerate, powered by NetVU. 

Accelerate is insurtech’s first and longest running annual event for independent agencies and carriers. Accelerate 2021 builds on the success of last year’s first-ever virtual event and will run from May 18–July 1. Designed to help NetVU members thrive in a post-pandemic world, it will feature more than 200 world-class, peer-to-peer education sessions, product announcements from Vertafore, and networking opportunities:

  • May 18: Annual Meeting of NetVU members, including election of board slate and chair
  • May 25–27: Kickoff Week, showcasing the latest solutions, innovations and product enhancements for independent agencies from Vertafore’s executive team and experts
  • June 1–30: Live Education Breakouts, guided discussions and round tables offering access to user experts as well as Vertafore product developers
  • June 29–July 1: Carrier Week, with in-depth sessions on connectivity and advances in the distribution channel

“Last summer we had an incredibly successful Accelerate, which was entirely digital and drew more than 15,000 registrations, more than ever before,” says Jon Gorman, NetVU executive director. “Our members were craving connection during the pandemic and we’ve applied what we learned during this unprecedented time to create more robust content that can be shared with more people throughout their organizations.”

NetVU is concurrently launching the Education Resource Subscription, which allows members and their organizations to access education content for a monthly fee. It’s another way to extend the learning typically offered at Accelerate to more staff within a member organization.
