The invitation-only, Volunteer Development Program is expert-level leadership development learning designed to build and grow qualified, enthusiastic volunteer leaders who are committed to helping NetVU achieve its mission and move our industry forward. For NetVU to achieve its goals and reach its full potential, those volunteers must be well prepared to carry out the responsibilities of the positions they hold as well as understand the relevance of their work to NetVU's overall mission. By providing world-class leadership training for membership, NetVU creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that will attract provide a path for members to become engaged, enthusiastic volunteers.

Once you register for the event you will be added to a private NCOM group to connect with others and the instructor and access materials.

DFW and Love field are both conveniently located about 20 minutes from the NetVU office. Choose the airport most convenient for you.
$299 per participant
Your registration includes training materials, two full days of onsite training with Dr. Mary Kelly, access to a private online community of your instructor and peers, a one-on-one personal assessment, quarterly follow-up webinars to reinforce learning, and a half-day leadership training session during the 2020 Accelerate, powered by NetVU Conference.
The onsite portion of the program will be held at NetVU headquarters in Irving, TX on September 9-11. The program itinerary (agenda to follow) is as follows:
Monday, September 9 - afternoon/evening - participants arrive into DFW or DAL (Love Field) in Dallas, TX. Both Dallas airports are convenient to Irving. Evening meet & greet as attendees arrive.
Tuesday, September 10 - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm - Volunteer Development Training. Tuesday evening - group networking outing.
Wednesday, September 11 - 8:30 am - 3:00 pm - Volunteer Development Training, afternoon/evening departures
Quarterly Follow-Up Training Webinars (dates TBD):
Half-Day Leadership Seminar with Dr. Mary Kelly:
- In conjunction with 2020 Accelerate, powered by NetVU.
Upon completion of the Volunteer Development Program, including the the above sessions, each participant will have their registration fee of $299 credited toward their 2020 Accelerate Conference registration.
Cancellation requests received in writing within 30 days of the event will be fully refunded. Cancellations received within 14 days of the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made within 7 days of the event. Transfers to another individual are permitted at any time with no penalty.
