Ever thought to yourself, “I wish BenefitPoint could do _________?" Well, it’s possible that it can, and you just don’t have the right firm settings turned on to do it! In this 4-part series, Michelle Lewis, Vertafore Director of Product Management, will cover the ins and outs of firm settings in BenefitPoint. 

Firm settings enable or disable features in BenefitPoint. Each of these feature options—other that the default behavior where applicable—must be set by Vertafore Support. Note that some of the features require certain user permissions to use the feature once enabled. A complete list of firm settings including the required user permissions for each one can be found here.
