In this class, we'll discuss the tools and information to make download work to your advantage and give you the steps to follow to build a written download plan for your agency regardless of whether you are NEW to download or REVISITING an existing set-up for a check-up.

Part 2: Making Download Work for You – Policy Download Workflows
Come back for Part 2 – where you’ll learn how to include the information found in the download reports in your written plan. Plenty of time is set aside to ask any questions that have come up during your review of download in your agency and the implementation of your agency’s written plan.
