NetVU is an independent, volunteer-run organization. But even organizations like ours can’t run without leadership. We are fortunate to have our Executive Board. Our Board is comprised of volunteers with decades of experience in the insurance industry. They are assisted by Vertafore leadership consultants who help NetVU members navigate new systems and relay issues and member feedback to Vertafore solutions. With our Executive Board at our head, we can create a community of like-minded professionals dedicated to continuing the success of the independent insurance agency. CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD KATE O'TOOLE

Kate is the Operations & Agency Management Systems Project Manager at Starkweather & Shepley Inc. With a wealth of insurance experience and a diverse skillset, she has held numerous positions throughout her career that have allowed her to hone her skills and knowledge, making her a valuable addition to the NetVU team. She credits her career moves to the people and connections she has made over the years thru Vertafore and NetVU. She is happy to be a part of an industry where each person wants to see everyone succeed.

Kate earned her M.B.A. in Business Administration from Point Park University in 2013. Her undergraduate degree is from Saint Vincent College, majoring in Elementary Education.
