AgencyZoom: Foundational Setup & Technical Basics
In this foundational session, new users and operations teams will learn how to confidently navigate AgencyZoom, configure user settings, and work with leads and customers effectively. We’ll walk through dashboard navigation, quick-access tools, email and profile setup, customer and lead management, pipelines, SmartCycle, and basic automation. You’ll learn how to document activities, manage files, and understand how AgencyZoom integrates with AMS360. This session provides the essential technical knowledge agencies need to establish strong workflows and prepare for long-term adoption success.
