Brian Marable is an Agency Customer Success Manager at Ivans. He has been at Ivans for 4 years. He has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Working as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at Aetna, an Agent/Broker for several MGA’s as well as an insurance technology advocate at ACORD. In his current role he educates, communicates, and promotes the business value that utilizing systems brings to the agency/brokerage distribution channel; ultimately providing the agents/brokers with the ability to improve their connection and time with their client. This includes broadening relationships and connections between Agents/Brokers, MGA's and Carriers.
With over 25 years at Nationwide, Jeff Lewis leads initiatives to optimize the download process across the insurance ecosystem. His work spans new project rollouts, system integrations, and agent support, all aimed at driving efficiency and maximizing agency ROI. By aligning technology with business goals, Jeff helps agencies streamline workflows and strengthen carrier connectivity.
