LEAD: Leadership Excellence and Development Series
Tuesday, September 1, 2026 | 1 - 2:30 p.m. CT | Virtual
Instructor: New Level Partners

Front-line leaders are expected to balance team performance, employee development, operational priorities, and organizational goals, often with little time to focus on their own growth. LEAD: Leadership Excellence and Development Series is designed to help leaders strengthen foundational leadership skills while learning practical techniques, best practices, and strategies they can immediately apply in the workplace.

This six-part virtual series combines instructor-led learning, realistic workplace scenarios, collaborative discussions, and peer engagement to help leaders grow with confidence. Each 90-minute session focuses on practical skill development and group problem-solving conversations, with collaboration supported through a Miro community experience.
