About Your Instructor
Jessica Jeffress is the Learning Experiences Director at NetVU, where she designs and delivers educational programs for independent insurance professionals. She is a licensed agent with an MBA and spent 15 years in an independent insurance agency, where she managed a commercial lines service team and served on the agency’s leadership team. Her experience includes workflow development, team development, process improvement, and system implementation. Jessica brings a practical, real-world approach to her sessions, focusing on strategies that help account managers improve efficiency, strengthen workflows, and deliver better client experiences.
