We’re excited to share that the latest updates to IVANS Exchange will help agents, carriers and MGAs become better connected.
The latest updates include:
- A 90-day search option within the email inbox and outbox
- The ability to control which download types are automatically downloaded by your management system
- Carrier contact cards that provide you with information about who to contact at the carrier for download support
New inbox preferences help agents control when download files will be available in their management systems and customize inbox preferences by file type – including Policy Download, Direct Bill Commission, Claims, and eDocs & Messages.
