AIM & VPI Product Work Group	The AIM and VPI Work Group works closely with Vertafore product management team members to gather suggestions from the user base on how to improve the existing systems in order to maximize the efficiency and productivity for all users. The work group will determine if feedback will be implemented in future releases or passed to the AIM Education Work Group to share knowledge about workflow with users. Time Commitment: Monthly virtual meetings and a potential face to face meeting annually.	DR-AIM
AMS360 Product Work Group	The AMS360 Work Group works closely with Vertafore product management team members to gather suggestions from the user base on how to improve the existing systems in order to maximize the efficiency and productivity for all users. AMS360 Work Group - Accounting/Reports Focus	The AMS360 Accounting/Reports Focus work group addresses Accounting and Reports with AMS360 and needed enhancements. The group meets monthly virtually on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m. Central.	360WG-ACCT
AMS360 Work Group - ACORD/Download/Admin Focus	The ACORD/Download/Admin Focus work group addresses topics related to ACORD and Download, and Administrative functions with AMS360. The group meets monthly virtually on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 3:00 Central.	360WG-ACRD-DL
AMS360 Work Group - End User Improvements Focus	The AMS360 End User Improvements Focus work group addresses topics related to making it easer to use and navigate within AMS360. The group meets monthly virtually on the 1st Tuesday of each month from 2:00pm-3:00pm Central.	360WG-ESOFUSE
BenefitPoint Product Work Group	The BenefitPoint Work Group works closely with Vertafore product management team members to gather suggestions from the user base on how to improve the existing systems in order to maximize the efficiency and productivity for all users. Conference Steering Committee	The NetVU Conference Steering Committee is responsible for the strategic oversight of the annual user group conference including location selection, scheduling, budgeting, keynote speaker selection and overall event format. The Committee Chairman is the Immediate Past Chairman of NetVU. Committee members include the current NetVU Chairman of the Executive Board, Chairman Elect, Vertafore Executive Sponsor, and Vertafore's Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and VP of Marketing, as well as assigned NetVU Staff Liaisons. Members are encouraged to submit suggestions to the Conference Steering Committee by emailing [email protected].	CONFCOMM

Education Work Groups are responsible for evaluating, developing and furthering the education needs of Vertafore users, and using feedback to determine basic, intermediate and advanced content for NetVU webinars, Chapter Meetings and other Educational Events. Leadership Development Committee	The NetVU Leadership Development Committee, per the bylaws, is responsible reviewing applications, interviewing candidates and making recommendations for future NetVU Executive Board Members and Officers. This Committee meets virtually 4 to 6 times per year, typically in late Q4 and Q1.	NOMCOMM
