Advanced Class Requiring Programming or Scripting Experience

March 18 - 20, 2019

In this three-day immersion class, students will receive detailed instruction on ImageRight Workflow Studio, a graphical programming tool that enables you to develop and maintain ImageRight workflows. This advanced level course is taught with a combination of lecture and lab time to allow students time to practice what they are learning.

The ImageRight Workflow Studio is a graphical programming tool that enables you to develop and maintain ImageRight workflows. An ImageRight workflow can be thought of as an “application” that moves tasks or “to do’s” from one person to another.

- How to search for and open files
- How to navigate through the file structure
How to find work in the To Do list

  • ImageRight Enterprise Management Console (IEMC) - understand how granting rights within IEMC affects the ImageRight Desktop functionality and task capability

How to create a group/role and add members to a group/role
How to grant workflow rights to a group/role
How new workflow rights appear to the end user in the ImageRight Desktop

NetVU University recordings found here and here will be helpful to review the administrator and security functions.
