Expand Your Insurer Download Connections with IVANS Exchange

Digital technology continues to connect businesses and the world around us. Increasingly, agencies and insurers are looking at ways to connect their businesses and automate operations, increasing servicing and selling opportunities. IVANS enables insurer-agency connectivity and automates the exchange of policy-related information via download services. Often times, though, agencies aren’t made aware of the download services available to them by their insurer partners, creating a missed opportunity to increase operational efficiency and improve overall customer service.

Enter IVANS Exchange. IVANS Exchange enables agencies to quickly view and manage insurer and MGA download connections on demand. This online tool offers your agency a comprehensive view of current and potential download activity with insurers, including a graphical agency connectivity dashboard, on-demand and customizable IVANS Connections Report

3 ways to get the most out of IVANS Exchange:

Step 1: Customize your Download Connections Report – the IVANS Connections Report provides a personalized report for you to review your download connections – whether activated or not. The report is updated daily with the latest insurer download offerings and can be customized depending on your business’s current and future business needs. Within the report, you can indicate available lines of business of interest for future download or note lines of business that you are actively choosing not to download and why.

Step 2: Track your download adoption – your Agency Connectivity Dashboard is a graphical, customized dashboard that provides you with a single view into your current and available insurer download connections, download transaction volume, and newly activated lines of business downloads by insurer. Use your dashboard to seamlessly view, track, report and manage your insurer download connections.

Step 3:  Stay current with the latest capabilities – IVANS is committed to bringing you the most up-to-date technology, and the 2017 release of IVANS Exchange demonstrates that commitment with new automated connections notifications and usability enhancements. You can now automatically receive your connections report, including updates to download connections opportunities and activity, via email, promoting immediate action to begin managing these downloads. You now have additional feedback options to ensure download connection requests accurately reflect your agency’s business activities or needs, as well as access insurer contact details so you can contact the appropriate person at the insurer for your interface needs.

IVANS Exchange provides a simpler way for agencies to increase insurer connections to drive higher agent productivity and better service for insureds.  Visit IVANS Exchange today to learn more.

Listen to this recorded webinar to hear how increasing the number of carriers and lines of business you download can increase your agency productivity.
