Each year NetVU recognizes individuals who stand out for their exceptional service and dedication to NetVU’s mission. The winner of the 2022 NetVU Chairman’s Award is an up-and-coming leader.

This year’s winner, Shyla Lankford, Chief Operating Officer / Partner of Lipscomb & Associates, Dallas, was honored at NetVU’s Annual Meeting of Members. The award given by the current chairman of the board and honors achievement and contributions to NetVU and the industry. Shyla dedicates a great deal of time to the NetVU community as well as the AMS360 Red River NetVU Chapter. She has been an active member of NetVU for many years and has served on several NetVU committees, including the Spark Task Force and the AMS360 Product Work Group.

Shyla is certified as a Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS) by the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI). She is a NetVU AMS360 Certified Account Manager and is completing her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. She credits NetVU as important to her career growth. Interacting with other NetVU members has provided a tactical avenue for her questions, particularly about insurance operations.
